Foods for the Fourth

The 4th of July is one of my favorite holidays. The fact that we get to celebrate our great nation and its forefathers with a day-long celebration complete with our family and closest friends makes me smile. Aside from the true meaning of this great holiday, the 4th of July is a day filled with food, fun and FIREWORKS! Personally, my favorite of the three is food!

What I love so much about the different foods for the fourth is that they are all classic American treats. Plus, I love the fact that it gives us all a reason to deck out our favorite foods in red, white and blue!
